Live from Florida!

Just a quickie... Got to go to a meeting tonight with a long-time friend. Sure is nice to have the opportunity to visit and share ES&H. Got to meet a great friend of his, too. Dinner after the meeting was a nice way to top off the evening. Life is good!

Threefer

Today I went to three meetings; that's a first in a long time. Something was said in the first and last that speaks to the same idea:
Feelings are not facts.
I am not my emotions.
I have found these concepts to be true for me, particularly over the past year or two.
